1. Trentino-Alto Adige

Trentino-South Tyrol is one of Italy's most fascinating wine regions, characterized by a unique alpine terroir shaped by significant temperature fluctuations, high altitudes, and diverse soils (porphyry, limestone, dolomite). This combination favors wines of great freshness, aromatic precision, and longevity. The region is divided into Trentino, with its distinct Italian culture, and South Tyrol, which is strongly influenced by Austro-German traditions. Among the most important designations of origin are DOC Trentino, DOC South Tyrol, and DOC Teroldego Rotaliano. While winemaking has ancient roots, a new generation of natural winemakers has established itself in recent decades. The result is a dynamic landscape where tradition and experimentation coexist.
